Portrait Program Focuses on improving the students ability to work directly or indirectly from the portrait. The student will learn techniques on how to measure and construct the head accurately, how to block-in effectively, and how to position the light in relation to the model. The program covers morphological anatomy, the study of planes, color theory and mixing. Students in this program will be working with pencil, charcoal and oil paints. Classes are on Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm EST in my studio located in the Bird Road Art District in Miami, FL. Class size is 4 to 8 people max. Class fee $75 for the two hours or $285 a month (missed classes may only be rescheduled within the same month with 24 hours notice). Payment can be made in cash or through Zelle, Venmo or Paypal connected to my email ([email protected]).
